Hi Tony , thanks for a wonderful day yesterday. The sockeye were not real plentiful , however, enough so I got 2. I attached the large Chinook we chased for a bit, which with the long leader made me understand what you meant by, "lift up the rod as high up as you can". Another great day with your company.

We had a great time fishing for sturgeon with Erik, he has a way of making every trip we take very special. We wanted to share this picture of one of the many sturgeon Erik hooked us into. Tony, Here are the pictures that we took from our trip on June 23rd, 2004. You can tell by the pictures how much fun we had. Travis, my son, is the one in the white t-shirt and I am in the tan t-shirt. Merr was a great guide and we can't wait to see you at the Puyallup Sportsman Show, we will be booking a trip for April, hopefully. Again I can't tell you how impressed we are with your whole service, we look forward to fishing with Merr again in April. From the sounds of it we won't be the only ones booking the trip in April, we will be bringing family with us. Thanks Again for the wonderful adventure we look forward to seeing you all again!

Dear Tony,

Awesome day, fishing with "Mer"! He was the best guide for us. He was a gentleman that took care and treated May very special. He patiently taught her rod casting techniques. As expected the salmon were not there, but the scenery was breathtaking.

The Sturgeon experience was worth everything. The catch / release & tagging experience was like National Geographic. Mer explained each step and taught us about the fish. It was part outdoor fun and part education.

On the drive home, May and I felt that your company should try explaining Sturgeon fishing as an "Eco-tourism" experience for us novice fisherman. May said if she knew how much fun and interesting it was she never would have asked for salmon. I guess its true, if you live in BC you seldom tour in your own back yard. I wish the newspapers and TV would showcase sturgeon fishing to BC residents.

Today we haven't stopped telling about our fishing tales! We try to stretch out our arms, but can't go that far. Mine was 6'3" and May's was 5'1", that's bigger than each of us can reach! Please tell Mer thanks again for a great day.
